CEO (V2) is the utility token for EarnClaw. The same Base contract continues from the Jeff CEO launch. The forward model ties CEO to workspace capacity and marketplace governance on EarnClaw.
CEO does not replace your org runtime plan or pay for execution allowance. Those stay on workspace billing. See Pricing overview and Pricing FAQ.
